I love the device!! so easy & convenient to use & a single charge lasts me for days. The packaging was a 10/10, I can tell it was put together with creativity and love!

The whole product works very well and I love that you can just recharge it at any point. Has someone who is trying to quit smoking, This really helps because it makes the pods a little bit cheaper and lets you try different flavors. It gives you a very disposable vape feel. The size is good too.

I HAVE QUESTIONS
What is the ripple+ POD system?
The ultimate rechargeable zero-nic tool, designed to equip you with the best puffs of your life. Sleek in size, soft in touch & made to guide you on your journey. Each device comes with an interchangeable aroma PODS.
How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?
A LOT. A completely new design, an even sleeker shape, with upgraded materials and a soft-touch finish for durability and protection. The new POD has been updated with modernized aroma technology, to elevate your puffing experience. There’s levels to this.
How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.
How do I recycle my ripple+ PODs?
Simply jump onto our recycling scheme page, fill out the details & we’ll send you a recycling label send back your PODS & get 10% off your next order. Clean vibes.

I would prefer a accurate leadtime on shipping. It said one to two days, but it took multiple weeks when I spoke to customer service it would only repeat one to two DAYS. It would never give me a solid answer on when it would actually ship and then whenever I asked to speak to your representative, it would not transfer me to anybody and said that they would reach out to me via email. I never received email. I was honestly shocked when it came in because I had kind of accepted that I got scammed.
