It's a nice flavor of freshness! Almost like a mouthwash, but not as heavy. Leaves your mouth feeling fresh and hits the spot for any former menthol smoker. Today is day 40 nicotine free for me because of these! Ripple really does give you enough satisfaction to not cave into nicotine. I highly recommend if you're looking for a non addictive, safe alternative to get you over that hump of quitting.
