I received to orders for the pods and the other individual vapes but out of the pack 4 were faulty . I sent a message about this order but received no reply I’m a little dissapointed as I had to throw them away which left me short but I immediately ordered new pods later on with tracking number *****7054 which I have still not received and was told they cannot find it. Unfortunately I do not have order numbers but know the date they were ordered. I’m a little dissapointed actually and upset cos I look forward to your products and enjoy them. I would not understand it would not be difficult to look up my orders by my name and email address surely. I suffer with a terminal illness of MSA and don’t have the time to keep contacting yourselfs to look up orders.
